7.5W Nd:GdVO4环形腔单频激光器

Abstract采用光纤耦合输出激光二极管(FCLD)单端端面抽运Nd:GdVO4晶体的方式,获得高功率单频激光的输出。在实验中,采用四镜折叠环形腔,考虑了晶体的热透镜效应后,优化了环行腔腔型。通过在腔内插入法拉第旋光器和半波片实现激光的单向运转从而抑制空间烧孔效应,在腔内插入标准具后,压缩了单频激光的线宽,获得了连续单频1063 nm激光输出。在18.10 W抽运功率时,获得了7.57 W的单频激光,光-光转换效率为41.8%,光束质量因子M2≈1.2。
