Abstract采用光纤耦合输出激光二极管单端端面抽运Nd: YAG晶体,考虑到晶体的热透镜效应,优化设计了四镜折叠环形腔,使抽运光斑的大小和振荡光斑的大小符合模式匹配的要求;在腔内插入偏振片、法拉第旋光器和半波片从而实现激光的单向运转以抑制空间烧孔效应;同时利用偏振片补偿了一定的像散;并在腔内加入标准具,压缩单频激光的线宽,最终实现连续单频1064 nm激光输出. 在7W抽运功率时,输出了2W的单频激光,斜率效率为 37%,单频激光的线宽为50 MHz,M~2因子约为1.2
